This licence terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded or cached materials in your possession.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees in accordance with the pricing in effect at the time of your subscription.
• Provide valid payment information and keep it up to date.
• Automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added depending on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of a charge if you believe you have been billed in error.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEGAwit disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MEGAwit and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from:

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to MEGAwit in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
